Carl Dong is the founder and CEO of Obscura, a next-generation VPN service built to defend the open and private internet. Before founding Obscura, he was a Bitcoin Core developer at Chaincode, where he revamped Bitcoin Core's reproducible builds system to make it fully bootstrappable. A lifelong networking and systems engineering nerd, Carl spends his spare time tinkering with his homelab setup.
