Paperpsych (Paper) works on community, education, and design at Bitshala, a Bitcoin education initiative in India that trains people to work on Bitcoin open source. Paper is the curator and community manager of Bitshala Bitspace, India's first Bitcoin-only hackerspace, which opened in Bengaluru in 2024. Since early 2023, he has been helping build India's Bitcoin ecosystem from the ground up, and he is one of the main organizers of the BOSS Summit and the BitPlebs Summit in India. Paper also conceptualized and is building HODL (Hands-On Design Lab), a cohort-based education initiative that brings designers into Bitcoin FOSS. He builds the rooms, programs, and pathways that turn curiosity into contributions.
